What every plan includes
Both plans are the same product. Paying annually costs less per month. It does not unlock anything extra.
Text message filtering
Fake deliveries, unpaid tolls, a bank “fraud alert” at midnight. ReSafe sorts them into junk before they reach you, and checks the links they carry against the scam sites we track.
Link checking
A tap on a scam link goes nowhere. ReSafe checks the address against the scam and phishing pages we track and filters out the ones we already know, in every app and every browser you use.
Password checks
Tell ReSafe which email addresses and phone numbers to watch. It checks them against published lists of leaked credentials and tells you which password to change, and where.
Billing terms
- What you are buying
- A subscription to ReSafe, a scam filter for your inbox, your texts, the sites you open and the passwords you reuse. It is a digital service, so there is nothing to ship and access starts as soon as you pay.
- Price and currency
- Annual: $119.88 USD billed once a year ($9.99 per month).
Monthly: $14.99 USD billed every month.
Prices exclude sales tax and VAT. Any tax due where you live is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. - When you are charged
- First payment when you subscribe, then at the start of each billing period: every month on the monthly plan, once a year on the annual plan.
- Automatic renewal
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
- Cancelling
- Cancel any time from your account settings, or by writing to support@resafe.io. No fee, no notice period. You keep every paid feature until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds
- Full refund within 30 days of your first payment, for any reason. The Refund Policy covers renewals and App Store purchases.
- Payment methods
- Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.
- Who you are buying from
- ReSafe Ltd., which publishes ReSafe at resafe.io. Questions about a payment go to support@resafe.io, and a person replies within two business days.
Your subscription is governed by our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy. A subscription bought inside the iPhone app is billed by Apple and managed in your device settings; the Refund Policy explains what that changes.
